My dad used to have a poster in his room that had a butterfly on it. Under the butterfly it said, "Just let it go, if you were meant to have it, it will come back." I have found that saying to be very helpful right now.
Sometimes its very hard to let go, but you just have to and trust that everything will be alright. I have also found it very helpful to pray when things get tough. Just have to remember that god is always there for you when you need him the most.
