By the way, if ever people travel faster than light, it will look like Star Wars and feel like Star Trek -- streaking stars whizzing by while you feel no acceleration at all.
(it's cause warp speed or hyperspace or whatever you call it is only possible if you pull on space itself since you can't push yourself faster than light)
