so what sort of listening pleasures do you enjoy during the holidays? i normally listen to: trans-siberian orchestra - all three christmas albums are pretty good, but i make a mix of my favorites that is a lot shorter, 16 tracks. a brutal christmas - not for everyone, but brutal death metal + christmas music = happiness. i love the rawness and the brutality. i wouldn't mind the recording quality to be a little better, but i enjoy it nonetheless. frank sinatra - his christmas music is classic. i never get tired of his music, and to hear it in christmas form is perfection. johnny cash - who doesn't like this guy? he does christmas music right. nat king cole - another classic, you don't have christmas unless you hear nat singing let it snow. elvis presley - i've actually come to enjoy his christmas music. it's very nice. metal christmas - i don't know who the bands are, but it's good for a one time listen in my cd player. power metal doesn't do it for me, so one time is all it gets, but it still gets that amount of airplay and deserves mention.
