Thank you so much. Your response was so helpful. That's about where I'm at now. I think I need to let her go. She is about ready to quit school, with my permission, and get her GED. The school administration have worked so hard with her and she just doesn't appreciate it. She doesn't participate in class, hates school, and is disrepectful. Truthfully I think I've protected her too much these past few years. She has never been able to learn from her mistake because I was always there to protect her, to bail her out, etc. You sound like you're very adult for your age. Your parents are very lucky.
