Grrr... So some 25+ years after Indiana residents voted in a referendum that we did not want to change our clocks, now we have a legislature that decided without public input that we were going to do it anyway. 2006 was the first time in my life I've ever had to change a clock, and I didn't see the point. But now? Now it's not even a fixed schedule.. they're changing early this year.. why? what's the point? of any of it? Normally, I do respect Ben Franklin, but saving money on candles is not of particular concern to me at this point in my life. I understand, people want to get off work and have some daylight left. Nothing wrong with that at all. But that doesn't require us to keep playing this silly game with ourselves, justbecause a bunch of farmers can't get up at 4 unless we tell them it's really 5. If Daylight Time is so great, why don't we switch to it and LEAVE IT THERE?
