I know it might be a little late to reply to this, but I like Misternathan's comment and would like to reiterate that it will be easier when you're old enough to marry, but I don't think God is against you having a relationship in High School, or Middle School or whatever the case may be, but It will be easier when you're older. You also won't be as inclined to slip up while dating, there won't be as many hormones involved.
