My understanding is that if I DO take a piece of limestone to an archaeologist, and ask him to date it, he's going to want to know WHAT FOSSILS WERE FOUND in the rock.. which are dated based on (their beliefs on) the age of those fossils... It's circular logic, with NO basis in science. Evolutionary origin has NO basis in science.

That's a fine theory Bob, except that the fossil column was created BEFORE radiocarbon dating, and it has never been updated since (aside from the dubious trustworthiness OF the radiocarbon dating itself).
