i've found 3 good sides to adam coming in second. 1, he'll have more freedom to do his style on his cd. all the people at the american idol management company do pop, r&b, and country. they won't try to force him to fit in to a mold like they did david cook last year. 2, he won't have to sing that stupid coronation song. that song won't have to be his first single in the real world. (it was messed up that they didn't let them change it up. it didn't really fit him or kris.) and 3, he'll probably outsell kris in the long run. i agree kris is a good singer, but adam is waay better. kris didn't get a standing ovation from simon. adam's still amazing!
