Hey I now do pre made Layouts.
Just tell me what you want and I'll search and put together.Only takes me a few. Wait I'm so silly. You can make your own. Go to www.photobucket.com. You go to paint program and design what you want. Then you upload the picture. and then copy the URL code and paste it on your mypanel where it says backround image and your good to go!
