ok... the reason i dont listen to secular music... the music we listen to influences us whether we say i just like the beat or i like the rhythm.. it does. And in Philipians 4 it says fix your thoughts on what is right and true and lovely and honorable.As well before i got saved i listened to Mtv alot and God spoke to me and told me to sacrifice it.
