Hey i am new to this site so if you guys have any helpful hints i would appreciate it. btw i am a member on www.battlecry.com my website on that is www.mybattleplan.com/shakinghell. i decided my first blog should be my testimony so here goes: Last year i went to this thing called SOS (Summer of Service) in Cincinnati... well on the first night of SOS we all got these prayer notes on our chairs and stuff so my friends and i all decided to gather up all the extras...when we left the concert hall we had to go to wal*mart cuz a few friends of mine had forgotten some stuff... when we got there one of my friends got the idea of passing the prayer notes to the customers. i had given all my out already and my other friend had one more left... we were on our way out when she looked at me and then at an african american customer and said "Sarah, give it to her!" I wasnt sure if i should at first... the lady looked well... idk she seemed frustrated and i didnt want to upset her but i mustered up my courage, handed her the note and gently siad "Jesus Loves You" she immediately burst into tears exclaiming..."Why did you pick me?" my friend and i looked at eachother and shrugged. She then burst out saying "I have breast cancer and i just got my right breast removed..." We swarmed her with hugs and prayed with her on the spot... It was then i knew how amazing God was... after SOS told our story on stage there were slow worship songs because they always have prayer times... and i just collapsed onto my knees in complete tears and accepted Christ into my heart... my friends all surrounded me with love and support... God has blessed me tremendously!!! and then the next day we were at Wendy's for lunch the friend who gave me the note picked up a packet of ketchup... on the packet guess what it said??? yupp "Why did you pick me?" God has such a sense of humor at times!
