Hello Kelly! Thanks for your comments. Who are your fav rap artists? I'm into 3 the god way, Da Minista, and as far as RnB goes, good ol' Kirk Franklin. Joe

man- that's a killer set-up. I'd love to hear em live!

the drummer on my album used dw and zildjian. I would say that was my preference for a while, but another drummer I work with has almost the exact same gretsch kit that you have and I love it, too. My current drummer uses yamaha and the high end paiste-- they sizzle. The main thing is knowing how to tune what you got-- ya know.

ahh, finally done for the day! call u tonight! :D

Yeah! My Canons are a Gretch Catalina Birch set! I love the sound! I use Paiste Signature cymbals which complement them well. Man, I am sooooo diggin' your tunes! Thanks for what you and your familia do, and Praise GOD! 8) :D :D

What's your fav drumset? cymbals? :?:

Check out Dave Weckl's input on tuning toms. Basically you detune the head till it rinkles, press in the center with your fist, then proceed to tune around the rim until the wrinkles go away. This brings the most fundamental pitch of the tom to the forefront, making them sound sweet!
