John Weaver

Well, first off, my summer team (not high school) is ranked #7 in the nation, so that's good. I pitched against the number 8 high school team in the state on thursday and gave up no earned runs and struck out 7 in 4 innings. So that's also good, but the fun has just begun. For the team ranked number 7 in the nation, we had a game on friday. It started out with me throwing my glove in the first inning at a ball, which got the other team immediately angry with me. Then when the catcher got on base, I may or may not have said something to him that may have gotten to him. So the next time I batted after my comment I got intentionally hit by a pitch in the kidney. No surpise. Then my next at bat, I get hit again in the same spot. 2 times, they must be done after that.... nope. My next at bat, I get intentionally hit AGAIN, in the same freaking spot. Now I have bruised ribs. But the game went well...they finally pitched to me, and I got a home run and a double. We ended up winning 20-4. Good times.
