basically when mp3.com stopped allowing bands to submit their own stuff and shut down for a ridiculously long period of time, two websites gained a lot of users... soundclick.com and purevolume.com. right now purevolume has become more popular than the rest, but lost a lot during the rise of myspace. you shouldn't question someone's statements as being false and then just say you don't really care after doubting the validity of what they said. it makes it sound like you're being arrogant. regardless of whether you actually did care or not, it's true.
