Bad Situation.

I have a friend who is several years older than me who got into an accident on Monday. She was celebrating the Independence Day weekend with her family on the lake. They were tubing, and the tube flipped with her in it. She is now in ICU. On her way to the hospital, she had several seizures. She can't open her eyes, and she can't feel from the waist down. Her doctors don't know if anything could change or if she can get back to normal. It's all up in the air right now. She just really needs prayer. She was just beginning her life. She graduated from nursing school in May, and she just got married a month ago. Thanks in advance.

They were going really fast, and when she flipped, she hit the water head first. In case you haven't noticed, hitting water at high speeds is painful.

Update: I got a call about an hour ago. She is doing so much better. Prayers work, guys. She is now only numb in her toes, she can open her eyes, and her cat scan (I'm pretty sure the "cat" might be spelled with a 'K'?) came back clean. She's expected to make a full recovery. Praise the Lord.

Yes it was! I hoped for the best, but prepared for the worst. I'm still in shock. Our God is an awesome God.
