Can Metal be from god????

I am in a hardcore band.. and we are christian... i have been told that it is the devils music... lol but we use it to glorify god... do you think that it can be used for god??? i would like to know what you think.... Jeremiah

I think the real question here is: Does God like it? Heavy metal has originated from the early 1970's and has proggressed into even Satanic music. To make this question even more specific: Would God enjoy something which has already glorified the Devel? Personally I like to stay away from the heavy, heavy metal because of its origions - especially music like "black metal". I just don't see how costant screaming into the mic glorifies our Creator. :huh:
