Why is no one talking about this movie? It's simply a phenomenal time at the theater. I wanted to applaud after the scene in the park. Amy Adams is a real darling. The end could have been better, bu it's still one of the most purely enjoyable films from last year.

Yeah, every time I mention that I went to see it in theaters, my friends laugh at me, but then I ask if they've seen it and they say no. It has to be the best movie I've seen in a while. The spoof on all the old princess movies is hillarious. And did you know that Jodi Benson - the voice of the Little Mermaid - is in there? They even have her theme song playing softly in the background. But yeah, the plot is very clever and actually quite profound. Most girls are looking for their perfect prince, end up jumping in before they test the water and finding it to be ice cold.

I would have installed a different moral myself, but I thought the movie was just a ton of fun. I've seen two excellent musicals this year, and they couldn't be more different. Enchanted on one hand, and Sweeney Todd on the other.

LOL It wasn't something I'd take my bf to see, but definitely the rest of my family. It was just barely unpredictable enough to be hilarious and I loved it! I'm going to find a cheap theater and go see it again!!!

Take your boyfriend, too. I liked it more than my girlfriend did.
