Anyone who mocks the great God of Israeal by blatently and openly rejecting Him should not be allowed to have a job in the Church. Practicing Homosexuals reject God's Word, openly defy the Holy Spirit, and are living a habitual life of sin. No one who does that should be allowed to work in the Church. No matter if someone is homosexual or not, to openly live an ongoing life of sin, and having no repentance of it, should be alloed to work in the Church. This goes for all sorts of people, not just homosexuals, but also those who live a life of adultry, or prostitution... etc...
