Has anyone here heard of Godsmack? I don't believe they're a Christian band, but one of my friends told me I should check their music out and I did and I liked their music! my dad used to have all of the godsmack cd's, i liked them but as i got older i noticed that it was not good music, they do not talk anything good about god, actually i dont think they even do sing about god but one day my dad finally noticed that their music was bringing him away from god and while driving down the high way, he threw the cd's out of the window. YAYYY

WOW I didn't know they were that bad! I know that they swore and stuff in some of their songs, but none of the songs were drawing me away from God or anything! Don't worry, I don't have any of their cds and I don't plan to buy any now!

It's to bad that this is not a Christian band because they have a great sound that's unique but the language is bad so I try to listen to something else.

I don't really listen to them anymore though, which sounds like that's a good thing to do. I agree they didn't have the best lyrics to listen too, so I like to listen to hard rock Christian groups like Thousand Foot Krutch instead of them.
