I'm bored with music.

I feel like I haven't heard any fresh new acts in a long time. Are there any great up and coming rock groups? For your reference I like loud guitars and good melodies. Screaming/growling should be kept to a minimum. I don't mind some softer stuff if it's really creative/melodic.

I like it when it's done right. For instance, one of my favorite bands is The Juliana Theory who have been known to scream to great effect. Most of what they do is very melodic, though.

"Scars Remain", "My Hell", and "Regime Change" are the ones I've heard... very good

I think my favorite is I can feel you All around me Thickening the Air I'm breathing Holding on to What I'm feeling Savoring this Heart that's healing
