I am very very ill.I think something is seriously wrong with me The pain is excruciating.I have no money for medical tests.I need your prayers that God will provide and give me the strength to make it day by day.

If it is an emergency, and your guts are being ripped out, you can go to an ER and I doubt they'll ask you for money first.
