The "[i]Good News[/i]" of Messiah manifested in the re(new)ed Testement is the [b]SAME[/b] "[i]Good News[/i]" made known by G-d to Israel in the Torah and the Prophets. The WORD of G-d as manifested in Yeshua is not some historical novelty to which the "[i]Jew[/i]" must convert; it is only new in precisely the sence of being the primordial WORD to Israel and therefore always new or renewing. The "[i]Good News[/i]" is that G-d's love manifested to all men thru the Messiah, and the fact that we are so loved that we return to G-d with all our Heart, Soul, and Might and love our neighbors as ourselves. The Tanach is not an antiquated book of Scripture; it is needed by the believer to live in this world and to establish his walk in Messiah as it points to what is right and wrong.
