Actually, i've never been a huge fan. In some of his songs i feel like he's trying to bring more glory to himself than to God. However, i did see him at Cityfest in Nashville, and I have to say, he put on an amazing show.

I saw him in concert about a year and a half ago, and he was AMAZING!!! I have one of his concert shirts and it's signed by Tait (Toby Mac had to leave right away after the show to catch a flight)! lol He doesn't draw me as close to God as other bands/singers like Kutless and Jeremy Camp do, but at least his music is clean compared to other hip-hop/rap artists like Eminem for example.

Back before he started doing solo stuff in the early 2000s, he was one of the singers in the Christian rock band dcTalk. I was trying to say that Toby Mac's lyrics aren't as obvious that they're Christian lyrics like Jeremy Camp's lyrics would be.

Iwould have to say that Toby was better on dc talk but he is the more noticed solos of Dc Talk
