I was just wondering why this is. Should atheists not be trusted? I don't know if this is the right place for this topic but it is the only debate category. http://www.mndaily.com/articles/2006/03/24/67686 I guess I don't understand why people hate atheists so much.

i think people just see religion as something that makes people trustworthy... i dont know it's kinda strange... you'd think that from the media, people would really be anti-religion, but apparently that's not the case.... honestly, i trust everyone equally, no matter the religion... i've found that too many "christians" wear the label without really believing it.... and i've also found that humans just tend to be un-trustworthy honestly, i've never trusted polls.... i dont really think it gets a good concensus of how people feel... i know a lot of people who would just plain refuse to take a poll
