I've been here for..... oh... hang on... lemme do the math.... since 2009? so at the time of this writing, I've been a member for 11 years? I started off as a regular user, like you, are, I'm sure, then got promoted to a chat moderator (back when the chats were still very much active) then later asked to become an administrator on here. I'm probably gonna be one of the more laid back admins of the group, as long as you don't violate any of the rules. Hello, my name is Cindy. I am brand new here at myPraize. I was raised in a Christian home, but in the last few years, I have really been actively seeking a relationship with my Savior, Jesus Christ. I have 3 children, 3 step-children (I really don't like to call them "step" anything, because they are truly all my children), and, with the new baby that was just born on Sunday July 26th, we now have 15 grandchildren. I have a husband who also loves the Lord, and we worship together. I am so blessed. I have been a registered nurse for 38 years. I have worked in ICU, Newborn ICU, Pediatrics, OB, Medical/surgical, Home Health, and Hospice. I currently work as the Compliance officer and Quality Assurance Team Leader in a growing Hospice Agency. We actually are able to pray at work at our staff meetings! I am looking forward to being able to share some of the bible meditation that I am working on each day.

In the last 14 years myPraize has grown and under gone a major facelift. My own family has grown in that time frame. In 2007 I had five grandchildren; I now have nine. Only one of my children were married and now they are all married.Yes my friends, I am an empty nester!! My username is Chatmom because (Side story) a group of users in the chat room one night were misbehaving they were all 14 at the time (we shall call them Alpha, Beta and Delta) I could tell right away they were going to be a handful, they were a lively bunch. I made the mistake of saying See here son to Alpha and he responded back with hey guys I am warming up to her, she called me son! From that day forward he referred to me as Chatmom. He got others to call me that. Eventually word got to the owner and my original name got changed.
