It is never about how strong I am but how strong my God is and having the faith to trust Him, knowing that He will carry me, with perfect peace, to where He knows I need to be.

Reading through God's Word, I remember that I am never alone and that wherever I go, He is with me. I do not have a reason to be afraid because my God is bigger than anything I face.

Philippians 4:6-7 Do not be anxious about anything,but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.

God's Not Dead!! He's surly alive!!

I'm proud to say that I became an Eagle Scout along with one of my best friends. This has been the longest and hardest journeys of my life. There were times that I did not think it was possible but God reassured me and helped me to achieve this goal I've had for year. I'm also thankful for my family that pushed me and helped me along the way and all my family friends and fellow scouts that put in countless hours for my projects. Thank you!!

We serve a great God!! He loves each one of us and has great plans for us, all we have to do is obey Him. He opens doors that nobody can shut. About a year ago I decided I wanted to finish something that I had started severs years ago, to earn the rank of Eagle Scout. I had a lot of work to do before I turned 18 in order to have a chance, I turned to God and prayed that He would show me the way and put my trust in him. At times it seemed like an impossible task but I kept my Trust in God and listened to His command to never give up. He never fails and never will, I was able to finish everything I needed to and am going for my Board of Review on March 14th. As this door closes in my life and I graduate high school in June I know that God has great plans for my life and is opening new doors for me to succeed, as I will be attending UCF in the fall to earn a degree in Aerospace Engineering. I cannot wait to see where God takes me next and what He will have me do!

Isaiah 41:10 says "So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand." This is a constant reminder of the love that my God has for me and that no matter what he holds my future in his hand. He has far greater plans for me than I could ever imagine Abe that I don't need to worry because He has got it all taken care of. I just need to live everyday for Him and He will take care of the rest.

6 Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid or terrified because of them, for the LORD your God goes with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you." (Deuteronomy 31:6) We as people need to know that God is always with us and that we never walk alone and He can preform great miracles in our lives and do what seems impossible. Now this does not mean sit back and let Him do all the work but to do what we can, do our best and then ask God to take care of the rest. We can't ask God to work in our lives and then do nothing ourselves or continue to do what we did before but we have to act and do our best to change and prepare for what He has planned. We have to trust God and have faith that He will do what He has promised and what He says. We have to act as if we trust Him completely and have faith in Him.

"My son, pay attention to what I say; turn your ear to my words.Do not let them out of your sight, keep them within your heart; or they are life to those who find them and health to one?s whole body. Above all else, guard your heart, for everything you do flows from it. Keep your mouth free of perversity; keep corrupt talk far from your lips.
