missional leader A missional leader is a missional disciple that has discovered the principles to lead himself and demonstrates the potential to lead others in their providential purpose. A leader whose life inspires others into communion with Christ; is a model of refined character; is clarifying his call; is leading in the New Testament community; and is inspiring others to engage the 21st Century culture. This is accomplished through a personal commitment to servant leadership. One?s life becomes an example of humility, obedience, and servanthood with the sole purpose of expanding God?s kingdom in the earth. An understanding of servanthood, foundational leadership laws, team work principles and skills are embraced by the leader to enhance his ability to add value to his team. The competent leader is trained to utilize his skills in the local church in a relevant matter that has great impact. Missional leaders are catalysts that bring Christ to the forefront of culture.
