on ur mypanel is a thing that says photos click main and if u have photos on the computer already then click browse pick wat u want than click edit and go to stretch and screw and put it at 30 or below then upload :D

i doent kno how 2 get a pic bg someone doese it 4 me,but 2 change the prfile or bg coler like i did go to ur mypanel and go 2 edit profile and then pick create own the rest is self explanatory 8)
