     For those who are not familiar with the story of British Prime Minister Neville Chamberlain, some background information is needed. Taking the office of PM in 1937, Chamberlain's foreign policy in regards to Nazi Germany, was one of 'appeasement'. Working on the theory that dictatorships arose because of deeply held grievances, and if said grievances could be removed said dictatorships would become less aggressive, Chamberlain opted to give the Nazi party whatever it wanted in order to secure peace, rather than go to war. Believing that Adolf Hitler was a 'reasonable' individual who would follow all due diplomatic processes, the British and French govs. drew up the Munich Agreement, which effectively allowed the annexation of the Czechoslovakian defensive frontier and left its industrial and economic core within a day's march of the Whermacht (the German Army). Signed on September the 29th, 1938, it took Hitler only six months to break it with invasion of the rest of Czechoslovakia in March of 1939. War was declared not long after.

           Unfortunately, we are seeing a frighteningly similar situation in Iran today. Radical Iranian president Ahmadenijad, is currently running several uranium enrichment plants within his borders, has advocated for years his hatred of the United States and Israel, and has blatantly disregarded all requests for a cease to the madness. And yet, there are still those in Europe and even our blessed States who advocate due political process. Once more, we see a radical bent on genocide being portrayed as reasonable and negotiable. When will we learn, that to dance with the devil and agree on his terms, is morally un-acceptable and contradicts basic common sense? There is, however, one defining difference, which (ironically)  yields several similarities. On this pass around the track of destruction, we are dealing with the possibility of nuclear war. Maintaining the appeasement trend, some have suggested we simply give the man a nuke! Surely he won't carry out his ridiculous plans? Wrong again!!!! There are only two inevitable ends to this dangerous cycle, depending on the choices made. 1). Military or another form of intervention, which would effectively neutralize the nuclear program of Iran, or 2). The destruction of Israel and the free worlds major capitals via nuclear strike. Do not appease evil, my brethren, but rather, crush it under thine feet. Never have we failed so bitterly as a race since these two parallel incidents.
