Me being annoying

Wow!  I know, it's been a very long time since i've written a blog.  Life's been pretty busy.  Well, this week in school was pretty rough.  I was just on edge and annoyed and everything was so crazy.  Midterms start Monday and I am far from ready.  I mean, I'm studying, I'm doing everything I'm supposed to, I'm paying attention during class reviews, and I'm taking notes.  I just don't feel ready.  There's so many pressures in school, and in the teenage lifestyle in general.  I mean, you have friends, parental pressure, self-pressure, teachers always on your back, and, if you play sports, coaches wanting you to do and be the best.  Not that I'm blaming everything around me, and don't get me wrong, I'm not complaining about being in highschool, I actually enjoy it.  It's just, I'm kinda rationalizing about why I've been in such a funk for the past week and a half.  I've gotten mad about every little thing under the sun.  This girl stepped on my foot and I was about ready to take her head off, and by the shocked, frightened look on her face, you could guess that she probably thought the same thing.  I haven't named this blog yet, and I still don't know what to call it.  I don't know why anyone would want to read this, because it's just me being a pain in the neck.  Well, talk to you guys later I guess.  Peace and love!!!!!!!!

Dalits

Hey guys!!! How's it goin'?  I haven't talked to y'all in quite some time.  I know that all of my blogs have been pretty annoying.  I mean, there about nothing!!!  I doubt you guys really care about a dance at my school, or a TV show.  Well, now I've decided to write about something socially aware.  I'm going to talk about the Dalits in India.  You see, in India there's this thing called a caste system.  The people are split into different classes, or as India calls them, varna.  The Dalits are at the very bottom of this system.  Nobody cares about them, and no, I'm not exaggerating.  They are sometimes referred to as the untouchables and they are not even considered human in India.  They get the most humiliating and disgusting jobs, and if someone of a higher social class touches them, or even their shadow, the person has to go through different processes to clean themselves.  India is supposed to have equal rights for everyone, yet Dalits go without food and clean water.  Check out www.dalitnetwork.org.

"How I Live Now"
I just read the wierdest book.  It's called "How I Live Now".  It's about this girl named Daisy who goes to England to live with her cousins for the Summer.  While she is over there, a bomb goes off in England, and a war has begun with an unknown and unnamed enemy.  It's a very strange novel.  Don't read it, unless you enjoy reading wierd books, but Idon't, so I didn't like it.

Homecoming!!!
Heyyy guys! I went to my school's first homecoming dance last night.  It was so fun!  It was 3 hours long and I had such a good time with my friends.  Who knew dancing around in a dress all night could be entertaining? There weren't a lot of people there, since this was the first one, but it wasn't bad.  My friend and I joined this group of guys and did the can-can to "Sweet Caroline", that made us kind of tired.  But we danced all night.  Well, I'll see you guys later, and please, write on my wall. Hey guys! What's new?  Guess what!  I saw this new show the other day called "Reaper", which is about this guy whose parents sold his soul to the Devil.  Wierd, huh?
