It seems to me that most of you guys are judging green day just on american idiot. Their older stuff is better so you guys should give it a listen. Longview is one of my favorite songs, it has one of the coolest bass lines ever.

Longview is one of my favorite songs, it has one of the coolest bass lines ever.[/quote] and im talking about american idiot because its where most people say they went wrong. most people think that theyre anti-american, but billie joe said about holiday before they performed it "this song is not anti-american. its anti-war!!" i like more of theyre new stuff since the oldies were mostly the really fast 4 count on the drums. it all just sounded the same to me. and i know that american idiot has quite a few of those songs, but i just like who they are and what they do now better than dookie through nimrod eras

u no im kinda tired of every1 arguing if u dont like green day than get off this subject its meant for people who like green day to talk and discuss there songs and concerts and stuff, not 2 argue w/ people who dont like green day!!!!!!!!
